Aimer La Pattisserie was established in China since 2016, created by our pastry chef Kristina Li from Guangzhou, together with a friend of hers from Singapore. They both endows the dessert with the soul of “Love” as they strongly belive that each dessert has a unique soul, which gives people warmth and creates romantic moments one after another. In 2018, our pastry chef went on to France, LENOTRE Paris to further study & pursue her passion and graduated in Bachelor Lenotre en Patisserie.
